Terms of Service
Effective date: 15 September 2026. Last updated: 22 September 2026. These terms govern access to and use of Turbomail at https://turbomail.beast.falcongo.xyz/.
By using Turbomail, including the public website or the workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service and do not grant Gmail access.
1. Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Augustinas Žinevičius, operator of Turbomail, reachable at augustinas@nomads.lt (the “operator”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the individual or organisation that uses the service or that authorises others to use a workspace.
If you use Turbomail on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. The service
Turbomail is an AI workspace for connected mailboxes. It allows authorised users to link Gmail, see which inboxes are connected, draft messages with optional AI assistance, send mail from the user’s own Gmail account, and review incoming mail in the workspace so replies stay attached to the right conversation.
The public homepage describes the product for users and for Google’s OAuth verification. Access to the workspace itself is provided only to authorised users. We may add, change, or remove features.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify augustinas@nomads.lt if you believe the account has been compromised.
You must be at least 16 years old, and legally able to agree to these terms and to Google’s terms for any Google Account you connect.
4. Google and Gmail
Connecting Gmail is optional. If you connect a Google Account, you authorise Turbomail to access that account using Google’s OAuth consent screen, limited to exactly these scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send— to send email you choose to send from that mailbox. Recipients see your Gmail address. Narrower write scopes such asgmail.composecannot deliver mail.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly— to identify the connected mailbox, display inbox and sent mail, and match replies. A metadata-only scope cannot show message content. We do not requestuserinfo.emailormail.google.com.
Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google’s Terms of Service, the Gmail Program Policies, and any other Google policies that apply to your account. Turbomail does not replace those policies.
You represent that you have the right to connect each mailbox you add (for example, it is your account, or you have permission from the account owner). You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent from connected mailboxes, for recipients you choose, and for compliance with anti-spam, privacy, and marketing laws.
You may revoke Turbomail’s Google access at any time in Google Account permissions. Revocation or token expiry will stop send and read features for that mailbox until you reconnect.
Google may review, limit, or revoke the application’s API access. We are not responsible for interruption caused by Google, by your revocation of consent, or by an unverified-app warning shown by Google.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Turbomail with mailboxes you are not authorised to control;
- use the service in a way that violates applicable law, these terms, Google’s terms or Gmail Program Policies, or another person’s rights;
- attempt to access another user’s workspace, tokens, or mail;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or probe it except with our written permission;
- reverse engineer the service except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- misrepresent the sender of mail, or use connected mailboxes to distribute malware or unlawful content.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken, or if required by Google or by law.
6. AI-assisted drafts
Optional drafting features may send text you provide to a third-party model provider to generate a suggestion. Suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. You must review them before sending. Turbomail does not automatically send AI output.
AI features are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that a draft is legally compliant, factually correct, or suitable for any particular recipient.
7. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit or that is processed from your mailbox (“your content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the user-facing features of Turbomail, in line with the Privacy Policy and Google’s Limited Use rules.
You confirm that you have all rights needed to grant that licence and to send the mail you send.
8. Privacy
Our processing of personal data, including Google user data, is described in the Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about how Google user data is used, the Limited Use commitments in the Privacy Policy control.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Turbomail available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on Google, OpenAI, hosting, or other providers may change or stop if those providers change their APIs, quotas, or terms.
We may modify these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. The current terms are always published at https://turbomail.beast.falcongo.xyz/terms, which is the URL submitted on the Google OAuth consent screen. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service and revoke Google access.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted access. We do not warrant that mail will be delivered, placed in the primary inbox, or free of third-party filtering.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under Lithuanian or EU law.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost mail, or lost data, whether or not we were advised of the possibility.
Except for liability that cannot be limited (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), our total liability arising out of the service is limited to EUR 100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater. The service is currently provided without a subscription fee unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of mail you send, mailboxes you connect without authorisation, or your breach of these terms or of Google’s policies.
12. Termination
You may stop using Turbomail at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access immediately if you breach these terms, if Google revokes API access, or if we discontinue the service.
Sections that by their nature should survive (including privacy commitments for retained legal records, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) survive termination.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a consumer dispute in the courts of your EU member state of residence where the law requires.
General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the service. We may assign the agreement in connection with a reorganisation; you may not assign it without our consent. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
